BOOKING PROCEDURE

Pandion Wild Tours Ltd is a Bulgarian tour operator company with license № PK-01-7122. We have been operating for more than 20 years in the field of wildlife, nature and historical tourism.

In order to complete your reservation please fill all of the fields in the booking form. Once we have received your booking form, we will confirm it and send you all the necessary details for your holiday, together with a confirmation invoice for the deposit payment.


PAYMENT DETAILS

A reservation is made once we have received a completed Booking Form, together with the appropriate Booking Deposit. After the payment of the deposit you will receive a written confirmation of your booking. (An invoice for your final payment)

Booking Deposit: The amount of deposit per person is shown in our website and catalogue alongside every tour. We accept deposit payments only by bank transfer. Please, find our account details below in the Bank Details section.

Final Payment: Full payment of the balance is due, at least, 20 days before arrival. We will send you an invoice for the full payment of the balance before the deadline for the balance due. The payment must be made by bank transfer to the account details below.

If the balance has not been paid by the due deadline date, we reserve the right to regard your booking as cancelled.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your booking at any stage, by informing us by e-mail or by phone. In the case of a cancellation more than 10 days before arrival , all your money (together with the deposit) are refundable. All the bank fees for the transfer back are due to the client. In the case of a cancellation 10 days or less before arrival , cancellation charges are 25% of total tour cost ( + bank fees for the transfer back )


If We Change or Cancel Your Tour

It is unlikely that we will have to make changes or cancellations, but the operation of all tours is subject to minimum numbers of participants. If the minimum number of clients required for a particular tour is not reached, we may have to cancel it. However, we will not cancel any tour less than 25 days before your arrival date. In case of a cancellation being needed, you will be immediately informed. Full payment including your deposit will be refunded.

Occasionally, we may have to make itinerary changes due to unforseen circumstances. Most of these changes will be minor and all the clients will be advised at the earliest opportunity. In case of major changes to the itinerary, all the participants will be informed. Clients that are not agreeing with the changes may withdraw from the tour and all of their money will be refunded.
